Clancy, Montana Middle School Science Olympiad Winning Team!

 In News

The students at Clancy middle school, Clancy, Montana recently sent us a letter asking for financial assistance with their schools’ science Olympiad trip to Dayton, Ohio.  We are big promoters and supporters of Science,  Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).  How could we not say YES to such an endeavor?

We sent a generous gift to the children, knowing that community support is critical and essential for students.  Our community support committee had just met– we were ready to help a student!

The student team from Clancy Middle School earned first place honors in Montana State competition, held in the fall of 2017 at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana.  These students are now working on earning enough money to attend the National Science Olympiad, to be held at Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.  A highlight of the student trip will be touring the Air Force’s National Aerospace Museum, located at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.  The base is located about 2 miles from the main campus of Wright State University.

If you have the opportunity to help a local school organization, help some children move forward and advance in the world, do it.  The rewards will be more than one ever realizes.
